Director, Little Lights Preschool
Mina Gansburg is the passionate director of Little Lights Preschool. Originally from Oak Park, Michigan, she moved to Coconut Creek, Florida as a Chabad shlucha, bringing with her a deep dedication to community, education, and supporting young families. Her experience working in multiple early childhood programs helped shape her belief in a nurturing, child-centered approach to learning.
In 2018, Mina’s lifelong dream came to life when Little Lights opened its first classroom with just five students. Under her leadership, the school continues to grow while staying true to its mission: creating a warm, loving environment for children in their most formative years.
Early childhood education is both Mina’s calling and her joy. She loves watching children learn, explore, and fill the classroom with their laughter and curiosity. As a parent of Little Lights students herself, Mina is especially proud to share this journey with her own family, making the preschool not just her work—but her home.
A Message From Our Teachers
“I love teaching because I get to be part of those magical moments when children discover, explore, and grow! Watching their little faces light up as they learn something new brings me so much joy. I’m passionate about supporting not only their academic development, but also their confidence, friendships, and emotional growth. Creating a warm, playful, and safe classroom where children feel excited to learn every day truly fills my heart with purpose.”
